Clarity sprint
A focused diagnostic, typically six to eight weeks. We begin by building a picture of the challenge from every vantage point in the leadership team to surface the strategic and organizational tensions that aren't visible from any single seat. From there, we develop testable hypotheses, pressure-test them against data, research, or structured workshops, and deliver a clear set of paths forward. Most client relationships begin here.
Advisory partnership
An ongoing senior relationship that grows around the organization's evolving needs. Informed by what emerged during the Clarity Sprint, and shaped by the depth of partnership each leader requires, an Advisory Partnership spans strategy, leadership, and narrative simultaneously. It is not the execution of a single plan. It is the continued work of clarity and alignment, across the leadership team and the organization.
